The products presented on our website are sent directly from Spain.

The delivery of your order will be made by the Post Office and we work with Standard Mail within 5 to 15 business days.

Occasionally, typically in the high season, it can take more than 30 days to reach your order. All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs clearance.

Who can receive the purchase?

Delivery will always be done by Post at your home, however, in some cases, as an absent recipient, regions with restricted delivery, and other reasons, the post office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest branch to the address provided.

Products can be received by third parties, as building keepers and family members, provided they sign the product receipt.

It is important to note that responsibility, from the authorised delivery to third parties (as mentioned above), lies with the buyer or the Post Office itself.

What else do I need to know before I buy?

We ask for attention when completing the delivery address, to ensure that it is carried out within the deadline set.

We remember that it cannot be changed after 12 hours of placing the order on the web, because within that period the product is already being processed for shipment.

Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of postal services.

Delivery address compliance must be reviewed by the buyer prior to the purchase confirmation, and if the product is returned by an incorrect address or insufficient data will be the responsibility of the customer.

In case of an attempt to deliver by the post office without result, it will remain in the agency available to be withdrawn, but will not be returned to the sender abroad until after certain days.

If it has been returned to the origin, after confirmation of the forwarding, the delivery period will be computed from the date of confirmation that will be recorded in our ordering system.
